Biography:

I have been a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist since 2002. After qualifying in Birmingham (1990) I trained in O+G at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham and Queen Charlotte's Hospital in London.

I have a special interest in Urogynaecology and spent 2  years as a Research Fellow with Professor Linda Cardozo at King's College Hospital. I have also done further surgical training in prolapse and incontinence surgery in Southampton.

I have undertaken advanced training in Laparoscopic surgery and the treatment of pelvic pain. I frequently perform Laser surgery for endometriosis. I enjoy General Gynaecology and in particular the treatment of menstrual disorders using day case techniques such as endometrial ablation. I am membership secretary of the West Herts Medical Society.
